Terms of Service
Effective August 12, 2026
1. Service
DinnerDates.us, operated by Star Shares Corporation, provides curated social introduction services for adults age 21 and older. Meetings may occur over dinner, lunch, brunch, at a business or social function, a private setting, or another mutually agreed location.
2. Clients and Date Members
A “Client” requests a paid introduction. A “Date Member” is a woman participating in DinnerDates who may accept or decline proposed introductions. Participation is voluntary.
3. Profiles
DinnerDates may display illustrative Profile Types using representative imagery. They do not necessarily identify a specific available Date Member. Individual Member Profiles, when offered, represent participating members subject to availability and acceptance.
4. Mutual Acceptance
A request is not confirmation. A Date Member may accept or decline any proposed introduction. DinnerDates may offer an alternative, which the Client is free to decline.
5. Location
The Client specifies a proposed meeting location. The Date Member must voluntarily agree to it before confirmation.
6. Introduction Fee
The standard Introduction Fee is $500 unless otherwise communicated before confirmation. Payment is due after mutual acceptance and confirmation through a method designated by DinnerDates, which may include Zelle or Cash App. The fee covers curation, introduction, communication and coordination. Meeting expenses are separate.
7. Tips
A Client may voluntarily provide a tip intended for the Date Member. A tip creates no right to affection, physical contact, sexual activity, future communication or another date.
8. Cancellation
If a confirmed Date Member cancels, DinnerDates will attempt to reschedule, offer a mutually acceptable replacement, or refund the Introduction Fee. A Client cancellation after confirmation but before the meeting carries a $250 cancellation fee. Once the scheduled meeting time arrives, the Introduction Fee is non-refundable. A Client no-show is non-refundable. A Date Member no-show entitles the Client to a refund or agreed credit.
9. After the Introduction
DinnerDates facilitates the initial introduction. Participants independently decide whether to communicate, date again, pursue an ongoing or mutually rewarding relationship, exchange lawful gifts, travel, provide lawful financial support, or discontinue contact. DinnerDates is not a party to private decisions independently made afterward.
10. Unlawful Sexual Services Prohibited
DinnerDates strictly prohibits solicitation, advertising, purchasing, requesting, arranging or exchange of unlawful sexual services through DinnerDates, its communications, or a DinnerDates-coordinated experience. Violations may result in immediate termination.
11. Consent
An introduction is not consent to romantic, physical or sexual contact, future communication, travel or another meeting. Participants must respect each other’s decisions and boundaries.
12. Accuracy
Participants may not materially misrepresent identity, age, photographs, profession, relationship status, location or other information material to another person’s decision to accept an introduction.
13. Profile Content
A participant submitting profile content grants Star Shares Corporation a non-exclusive license to display and use it in operating and marketing DinnerDates while the profile is active and for a reasonable wind-down period.
14. Availability and Outcomes
DinnerDates does not guarantee acceptance, a particular person’s availability, compatibility, chemistry, future communication or any personal outcome.
15. Communications
By submitting a form, users authorize DinnerDates and Star Shares Corporation to contact them by email, telephone or text concerning applications, introductions, scheduling, confirmation, payment and related services.
16. Independent Participants
Date Members are not employees or agents of Star Shares Corporation merely by participating. Participants are responsible for evaluating whether, when and where to meet.
17. Termination
DinnerDates may suspend or terminate access for material misrepresentation, harassment, threatening conduct, repeated no-shows, fraudulent payment activity, identity misuse, unlawful solicitation or material violation of these Terms.
18. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Shares Corporation and DinnerDates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the service or independent conduct between participants.
19. Florida Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, except where federal law controls. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, judicial proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
